When it looks right, export a PNG at up to three times the canvas size. At 3x an A4 poster is about 2380 by 3370 pixels, which prints sharply on a home or office printer. Nothing is uploaded: the poster is built and saved in your browser.
How to use Poster Maker
- Choose Event poster or Sale poster from Templates, or clear the canvas and start from shapes and text.
- Click any text to select it, then double-click to type. Use the side panel for font, size, weight and colour.
- Add your logo or photo with Image, then use the layers list to put it behind or in front of the text.
- Pick the 3x scale and export PNG. For a PDF, print the PNG at A4 from your computer.

Tips for a poster people read
Keep one main message. A poster is read from a few steps away, so the headline should be the largest thing on the page, with the date and place second and everything else small.
Limit yourself to two or three colours and make sure text has strong contrast with its background. Leave a margin of about 5 percent around the edge so printers do not cut into your text.

What size is the poster?
A4 proportions, 794 by 1123 pixels on screen. Export at 3x for roughly 2380 by 3370 pixels, which is about 290 dots per inch on A4. For A3, set the frame to 1123 by 1587 and export at 3x.
Can I get a PDF?
The editor exports PNG, JPG and SVG. For a PDF, open the PNG in your system viewer and print to PDF at A4 with no margins.
Are the templates free to use commercially?
Yes. The templates are plain shapes and text made for this site, with no stock photos. Check the licence of any photo or font you add yourself.
Is my design uploaded or stored on your server?
No. The editor runs in your browser and your design is autosaved on your own device only. Images you add are not uploaded. Clearing site data removes the autosave, so use Save file to keep a copy.
