Remove Object from Photo
Brush over anything unwanted and AI fills in the background.

- Runs on GPU
Files are deleted automatically after 24 hours. We do not log your content or use it for AI training.
Add a photo, paint over whatever should not be there, and the tool redraws that area so it blends with its surroundings. It works for passers-by, power lines, dust spots, watermarks and small distractions.
The fill is made by an inpainting model (LaMa) on our GPU server. Only the pixels you painted are replaced, everything else stays exactly as it was, and your file is deleted after 24 hours.
How to use Remove Object from Photo
- Add a PNG, JPG or WebP photo of up to 10 MB by dragging it in, picking a file or pasting from the clipboard.
- Paint over the object with the brush. Cover the whole object including its shadow, and use Undo or Clear if you slip.
- Press Remove object and wait while it is queued and processed.
- Compare the before and after preview, then download the result. Press Delete now to remove it from our server immediately.
Features
Adjust the brush size, undo single strokes or clear the mask and start again.
Pixels outside the painted area are returned unchanged at the original resolution.
The model continues textures, edges and lines from the area around the gap.
PNG is lossless; WebP and JPG give smaller files.
No account, no training on your files, and automatic deletion after 24 hours.
What inpainting can and cannot do
Inpainting guesses what is behind the removed object from the pixels around it. That is reliable for sky, grass, walls, water and other repeating textures, and less reliable for faces, text and intricate patterns.
Always inspect the result at full size before you publish or print it.
Frequently asked questions
How do I get the best result?
Paint slightly beyond the object so its edge and shadow are covered. Remove large objects in several smaller passes rather than one huge stroke.
Can it remove large objects or people?
Small and medium objects on simple backgrounds work best. Large areas over complex scenes are invented by the model and can look repetitive or blurry.
Is the resolution reduced?
No. The model works on a 512 pixel crop around your mask and the fill is scaled back into the original photo, so the rest of the image keeps its full resolution. Very large masks can look softer.
What is the maximum file size?
Photos up to 10 MB in PNG, JPG or WebP. The mask is added to a PNG copy before upload, so very large photos may exceed the limit in that form; resize them first.
Are my images kept?
Only long enough for you to download the result. Files are deleted automatically after 24 hours, and we do not log image content or train models on it.
